>>36617628Sports fest feels like it was a once fun thing where the girls got together to goof off and build team spirit that has been ruined by how the company has changed over the years. FIrst, rules and regulations have piled up over time so that now everything needs to be discussed to death with management and meet stricter requirements in the old days.
Second, everyone is so damn busy with pursuing their own projects and shilling for the flavour of the month business collaboration event that it feels like it's become a drain on their time that they endure to keep up appearances rather than something they actually want to spend time on.
aThird, Miko used to be a "friend of everyone" type, but I feel like she's changed over the last year. When Pekomiko ended I thought it could be a positive for both of them if they made more effort to socialize with others, but while Pekora has made baby steps, Miko has if anything gotten worse, grabbing herself a replacement blue gurl straight away and shrinking her social circle to a select clique.
It's a shame that sportsfest has ended up like this, but it's a reflection on the changes in the company and it's chief organizer as a whole.
