Vshojo doesn't really work for Nazuna, she could definitely use some support but vshojo staff doesn't give a shit about her (except apparently the JP president) and the language barrier limits meaningful collabs with other members

Knowing how things went down with Hololive and her it only makes sense from a business perspective to quarantine her. I've been in business meetings where it was essentially said directly that an employee was going to be hired but left out of conversations because of how they behaved at their last company. It kind of sucks that that kind of thing goes on but it's real to the point it's not really a rrat. They want freedom? They got it at a price.

I honestly wonder if they got a lump sum or something as part of their contracts because for the life of me I can’t understand why either of them would deal with the nonsense that is that company. Kson probably wanted more reach and Nazuna more stability since shes such an unstable person and instead they got nothing lol. I hope they both graduate and move on to better things as indies. That's basically what VShojo is. They give support when you request it, but they do not produce you, you need to self-produce yourself.

kson is a do-it-yourself person who wants to be her own boss and has her own plans/goals and lot's of self-initiative, so VShojo's business model is a good fit.

Nazuna seems to have more of an employee mentality, from what I've seen. Keyfags can correct me if I'm wrong
