And the 3rd story about a scientist experimenting on people to give them super powers and influence the observation is an idea that needs a whole light novel to flesh out.
A story about a person falling apart because for some unknown reason they can perceive themselves being watched at all times by beings beyond their own comprehension is perfect spooky story material.
