I never claimed they 100% couldn't get away with it, so I don't know why you keep asking me to prove an argument that wasn't even mine to begin with. My only ask was for YOU to provide an example, which you also don't have.
So for now it's just a case of "who tf knows if they'd get in trouble or not", of course, imo if people were to get in trouble you'd hear about it. If they didn't you'd never know.
