Had I done a better job tracking posts and documenting things I could outright do a documentary and make data about the life cycle of indie western vtubers. It's between laughable and sad to see how many of them can't maintain a character or just outright missed the point of playing a character. I've personally met / worked with a few and I wont be naming names.

>Turns out the producer of the group was erping with all the performers
>Every girl has a hidden breeding brand on their rigs
>Turns out one was 15

>Autistic Pilipino girl starts a vtuber brand as being a girlfriend type for the viewers
>She ERPs with her audience
>Posts a lot of irl on an IG with the same name
>Someone stalks her irl, meets their parents, and then the mom thinks its a cute internet thing

>In Picarto chat just watching art get done
>Meet a Vtuber there
>Less than 24 hours into meeting them they tell me that they ERP Gura on a certain site
>In casual conversation exposes what state they live in
>Later started to beg for money with a fake story
>Their paypal email had their real name
If I wanted to cancel a vtuber this one was handed to me on a silver platter.

I think it all comes down to a bunch of 18-19 year olds who aren't internet literate buying rigs with their stimmy checks.
