Holostars are not considered "unreachable stars" like the holos, because we dont like male idols, we dont care about them and for all we care they are random dudes who can sing no better than a normal streamer, we feel nothing for them, even disdain since they try to butt into what is a girls only space sometimes. Hence they are not even remotely close to the holos.
So they don't fill the requirement.
