I'm a new member of the Chumbuds and I'm curious. I've seen a lot of hate for Gura on this board and I wanna know why. I've never seen this amount of hate for a chuuba that genuinely did nothing wrong(as far as I know). What did she do?

People don't mind Gura. They just dislike chumbuds, because they're generally not very nice people on here. They're everything wrong with a fanbase (not all of them obviously, but the large majority).

You see the normal thing for content creators to do is fake it and say “yes I know them and they are cool” without really meaning it aka Mori many many times. Gura just doesn’t care, she already said she only cares about Miku and Hololive.

She didn't do anything big that is wrong, I mostly see people here hating her because she doesn't stream, I can only assume that she has so many things to do but just gets lazy to stream. Honestly tho, I just miss her doing schedules of streams because we don't know when she'll pop up again...
For the most part, people hates her fans.

Ghosts fans on social media and doesn't update members enough to what's going on
Seems to do the same thing with her colleagues
Returns from breaks by manipulatively love bombing said fanbase
Rarely finishes games unless it's a 1-time horror stream. As a result focuses too much on lazy FOTW stuff
Still hasn't released more than 1 origisong, despite being a good singer

Apart from the above she's fine. Basically, she has her own set of flaws just like any other vtuber.

she talks about her stuff on stream and not on twitter of course the antis that don't watch her streams would have their own versions of narrative. people need to go easy on her a little bit more, no one from the EN side has the balls to do what gura has achieved (and more to come as she works on them currently) unless they live in japan
and she mentioned that in order to sing any song on karaoke perfectly well she has to practice it 20 times beforehand that's not something to be ignored
also two more music projects coming this month (unironically "trust the plan, two more weeks")

Nah, I just think her humor is a lot better than some of the other EN girls.
I don't think any of the EN girls are necessarily bad, I just think Gura is the best one.
I like Kronii too. but these days I don't watch much Hololive anymore for whatever reason.

Most people don't hate her, but her fans. She's one of the most popular chuba here so there are a handful of people who get really obnoxious about her.
There's also a lot of shiposting and falseflagging that makes things worse. Just don't take anything here seriously without seeing concrete proof.
