They mask it pretty well, but if something planned out doesn't work they both fold.
Rust Season 3 finale comes to mind and it covers both of them. Reine's house vanished and she cancelled the stream in a fit right until the last moment and didn't update Kiara when they were planning on collabing that day which led to that meltdown from Kiara. When she got into the game, met up with Polka and the others, she was distracted to acknowledge that Kiara was in the game and specifically joined the VC to talk to her. Kiara assumed that she was being ignored when she finally got in contact with Reine and uninstalled the game right away.
