Remember that overall Cover values the JP talents for monetisation a lot more than EN and ID.
Because they can do a LOT more with JP. You go to Japan and make an effort to avoid interacting with any holo related content? You're still going to see one of them. They're on TV, they're in magazines, on billboards and any advertising medium you care to mention.
They simply can't get that degree of monetisation outside of Japan.
Even Mori's music contract is with the Japanese branch.
So JP company sponsorships are mainly going to be directed to the JP talents. It makes more sense.
But they can't really get many international sponsorships.
