Now, assuming they're both primarily twitch streamers, this one's stats are weird. He hasn't streamed that much or with many viewers, usually around 20, and his last stream didn't do that well either. The OP at least streams a lot and has a decent amount of viewers on his. It's weird if it's Niji since I think their cut off is higher than the one you posted usually does, and I doubt Holo is going to go for either of these, especially not this fast with a Stars gen.
