In my opinion
+ Fewer perms and faster
+ Less paperwork behind the scenes
+ Cover would be much more aggressive with the competition (Yagoo would buy Vshojo and humiliate all vtubers like Kson)
+ Less family-friendly
- The SJW talents would leave the company (I put it as a negative because they are the majority, for example 90% of EN are wokefags) and it would be very complicated since almost all the chuubas are from that "line".
- Much more demanding, you would see chuubas with real burnout.
- Less freedom of content, practically Cover would control each chuuba much more
- Perhaps men would have much more protagonism
