She's trying to straddle the line where it's supposed to be a cool idea of content for the fans but also completely ignoring that it doesn't seem to do anything but cause fights among them.
I understand this is not exactly on topic and I agree with the other guy that adding 'Gura love' at the end doesn't make it so, but it is something I appreciate about Gura. She knows something like this wouldn't rally do anything positive and that no one beyond tourist beggars are interested, so she leaves it be. Simple as.
