Flare might not happen because she'll be too afraid of dark elf memes. She's clearly friendly with coco though, and has helped her on stream for mutliple occasions.
Ayame is who she is, and she hates filthy gaijin in general, whether burgers or bugs, its nothing personal with her.
Shion doesn't want to set off aqua's autism tantrums by going on the show and 'isolating' her. As long as Aqua doesn't reconcile, she'll stay away. Also there's the whole Shion is depressed and shy factor, so it would be hard to get her to appear in anycase, when she barely can get herself away from bed to stream in general.
Choco... I think its just scheduling that's an issue, she's clearly no bug friend what with her own bug experience.
If Holos can somehow get permissions for that wrestling game, I could very well see her review the openers on HolofightZ. Casting the actual games will be impossible though aside from a small few which had hololive exclusive songs on the duration (like the Suisei vs Sora fight)
