It is understandable for ame to try to better establish herself outside Gura’s shadow rather than be the moona to her pekora. Noble but stupid.
Fauna on the other hand gets a smaller buff by already being council and is absolutely leeching Gura rather than any actual feelings of warmth for her. I don’t blame her either, it is another way to find success. Fauna is extremely shrewd about things that will advance her brand and this is one of them.
