When a vtuber uses streams to vent their emotional problems, the viewer is going to react one of two ways: feel sympathy for the vtuber or get annoyed and leave. That’s why people don’t do this irl except with friends or their bf/gf, because not every personality is suited to hearing about your specific emotional issues (also, the chances of viewers not getting filtered by you talking about this go up the more you have other content to compensate).
I get filtered by Kiara and Kronii doing this because I both can’t relate and find it excessive. But for some reason I don’t when my oshi does it. Probably because A.) her issues are relatable, B.) she also talks about what she’s doing to get better and mostly just vents because that shit’s hard, and C.) that last bit is often useful advice, and sometimes I listen to take notes.
That said, I think of Lumi as closer to SFE than GFE…
