A-chan wrote the lyrics! Roboco really liked the rhythm; she was as surprised as you when she was given them. The two are pretty good friends behind the scenes and do a lot of things for/with each other. In her early days full-body 3D streams in the studio were her main thing and they met there, and they just clicked thanks to similar interests and hobbies.

Roboco herself has a bit of a reputation for being an airhead in the JP community too, even though she's clearly high-spec. Silly viewers.
