>>37424364you being white is honestly the part I'm most surprised I got wrongIt might be unsolicited but I have a few pieces of advice I could give; the first is to gain some outside perspective. The academic success track is kind of its own bubble; falling out of it can hurt but it helps to remember there are many other valid paths to success in life outside of that. Talking to people (even online through vidya) helps you learn this and also socialize and gain some friends. Second is keeping in mind everybody experiences setbacks in life and yet many people end up finding success and fulfillment anyway, so that's proof that it isn't impossible even though in the moment it feels like your world came crashing down. Third is, eventually you need to stand back up. It's okay to take like a year's break to rethink life and work on other things like maybe a hobby, part-time job, maybe live at home with mom for a while and learn a new marketable skill. But the most important thing is to not wallow in "broken husk" mode forever and to eventually get back to that productive working mindset you once had, otherwise you'll just eternally prolong this low phase of your life.
Hopefully that helps with mindset; your story is almost exactly what I went through and it was miserable but those steps are what helped me get back a much more lively and fulfilling attitude about things again and you can enjoy things like hololive a lot more
