If I were a vtuber in those shoes I'd probably just be like "hey guys I'm tired I'm going to bed for the night, hmm oh hey there's a cool holo collab going on if you guys want to check it out, I'll redirect over there for now aight peace"
That's probably what she's doing too, I doubt people look that far and think about how it announces the channel that raided into the stream for self-promotion purposes or anything like that, it seems much more likely they either forgot about that feature or just never even knew about it in the first place
