>>37509328Yeah I think the fact that they didn't have the Vesper account say something and had to use the main Hololive account make an announcement makes it a bigger deal. Keep in mind that they have total control over their accounts, they could have suspended Vesper for whatever reason and then posted on his twitter some excuse like traveling/vacation, sick with covid, dead friend/pet/relative, etc. so he wouldn't be doing anything for 2 weeks to ease their minds. Or let him come write up his own reasons for going on a 2 week break like all the other girls who went on their "self break".
This is indicative that they do not trust Vesper enough to keep with the script like the other girls done if you believe Cover suspended them behind the scenes or at least recommended the girls. They put out that statement in case for when Vesper comes back and starts to contradict whatever excuse they put out for his break.
