>>37518724Is it any wonder? Most of the ENs, particularly the most popular ones, barely stream anymore and when they do it's sporadic one-offs at the ass hours of the day with no consistency. They all seem consistently tired and burnt out. Their branch has been consistently mishandled by management, starved for permissions and support, snubbed for the company's standard milestone rewards or 3d despite the fact that Japan has at this point long since reopened to foreign travel. Every time the ENs put on an event we hear about how they had to pay out of pocket and do everything themselves while Omega leeched credit. Every time there's a major event involving the other branches, EN is left out; whenever there's an overseas event like a con it's poorly managed and underfunded, struggling to scrape together enough content to even fill their schedule mainly by recycling content the talents themselves had to pay out of pocket for. Oh, and they have to pay their own travel and accommodations to even make the appearance.
We're still waiting for the long-promised, long-overdue 3D events. Our vsinger is still waiting for the long-promised redesign because she was handed a jank live2d model with a face like a gremlin painted on an eggshell, and she's constantly burned out and frustrated because she's not even getting a tiny fraction of the support for music production and idol activities that her jp counterparts got when their channels were a 5th of the size of hers. Council's anniversary came and gone and we still have neither hide nor tail of an EN3--and why would they debut another gen when they clearly can't afford to support the two they already have despite their successes?
