13 is considered to be an unlucky number in many western cultures, and the queen of spades is the card you really don't want to end up with the most, as its value alone is the same as all of the hearts combined.
HOWEVER, there is a play in Hearts where you try to collect all of the heart suit cards and the queen of spades, which is called shooting the moon, and if successful, you gain no points while every other player does.
The moon is in outer space, and space has twelve constellations associated with zodiac signs. But there's a thirteenth as well: Ophiuchus, the serpent. Snakes often eat small birds. Enna is the 'Songbird of NijiEN.' The country with the most venomous snakes is Australia. Sana, formerly from HoloEN, is Australian, and associated with space.
So if we take the 13, the moon and the serpent and put it all together it becomes quite clear.
NijiEN is issuing a threat to Enna after her gaffe with Kyo. They are telling her that if she steps out of line again, she will be replaced with the talent behind Sana.
