Realistically, which corpo is the best to join, these days they seem to be becoming the same now(imo). What are the pros and cons? Sorry for being a semi newbie.

Out of two in the OP pic definitely holo, they invest much more in each talent and only have one gen per year so you have plenty of time to stablish yourself and get your own fans, also you might be the only one streaming regularly by the time you come in
