You could criticize this belly for rough linework, but I think it's just wearing its painted nature on its sleeve and does quite well with it. Even zoomed in, you can still appreciate the intended aesthetic. I really like the spotty shadows in all the right places, alongside the many (more or less dark) lines and the little spots of light from the sun. Even the lack of detail and texture towards the bottom feels somewhat justified here - and the simple, light belly button works if you don't focus on it (which you're not supposed to with how it's positioned), even for me. The only thing I'm missing regardless of style are cleaner and curvier curves on the sides and a bit more bottom width, given the belly's decent length.
