fact of the matter is KR,ID,IN, they're not the main branch, they have no influence within the company.
just like you said niji JP are about tribalism, while my point was hololive push for unity as a company. Hololive benefited from having people at the top (CEO, Sora/Fubuki) promoting a sense of unity among the talents early on.
this is why you don't have massive disparity between their livers unlike nijisanji, nijisanji has over 180 active livers now where the top dogs easily gets 20k views while within the same company dozens, fucking dozens other livers stream to triple digit viewers.
these irrelevant branches can built unity all the want, if the main branch don't push for it, it won't change anything, they will still stay irrelevant,
