First of all, Kiara has 1. Never actually leaked anything she wasn't allowed to.
2. Only openly expressed disappointment in management when they've actually made a mistake, for the most part she praises (and is friends with) most of management
3. out of all of myth, and this one is important, is likely the only one who goes out of her way to NOT ghost management (something every other Myth member has done at some point), not only that, she's the one who complies the most with whatever management asks of her, usually first out of anyone in EN.
Kiara doesn't just take take take and give nothing in return, she's obedient when she needs to be and knows when to toe the line.
To get away with """shittalking""" higher ups, you first have to build a rapport with them, to acquire the political capital to start making criticisms openly.
Vesper, like the idiotic, socially oblivious dumbass he is, ignorant of how to deftly manoeuvre within a Japanese company, didn't do any of this. He didn't try to build a relationship with his management, instead he came onto the scene a newcomer and just expected to get away with anything and everything, and then got his ass rightfully blasted.
This is mostly all true except in the case of Alpha Omega who Kiara really did shittalk in the most open and unsubtle way possible, but I think nobody liked him so if you had to take a strike at her for it you had to take down everyone, not practical
