There's literally vods for the past years of Ina's health issues and dealing with the problems. Even the doctors visits are something that she has been doing and has mentioned for the past few months. Not sure why it'd be so unbelievable when there's history of proof.

When you're highly in demand, you can almost set your price, and Ina has been highly in demand even before her vtuber career. Also a steadier income for obvious reasons, and she's good at it. And yes speed, efficiency, and professionalism all matter even more than getting a slightly better drawing. It doesn't matter how good the illustration is if its not on time after all, or if the illustrator can do it once, but is flakey overall, or a menhera.
