Well, you know what happens if it is popular and more people do it—a lot of them will just spam it nonstop and make it not an occasional thing anymore. NijiEN had to ban handcam streams, remember?
Also, that last part is related. If they banned handcam streams, there’s no way they’d allow full body streams with basically nothing but the head covered by an avatar. Reasons being what I just described above.
