I agree on the merch thing but again its not simply a merch thing, its an everyone thing, Nijisanji hjas to many active streamers to make custom merch for all of them so everyone gets the same, even everyone's punching bag(Luxiem) got the same merch for their b-days.
Not much can be done about it sadly, unfeasible for the liver themselves to bankroll the custom merch.
