After half a year or so, the OG Ai gradually returned, the company released a statement on twitter along the lines of "we heard your feedback and will make them easier to distinguish" and they gave the clones different hairclips. Later on they also gave them their own models and channel. But the damage was done, a lot of viewers had left for good and then kept spreading false info (some still do this today). She even made a video at one point to address this (

Her popularity never recovered and her channel pretty much stopped growing. So about 9 months ago she streamed one last big concert and then went on indefinite hiatus.
One of those clones is still around, her channel is
