Nijisanji tends to have a very casual and light kayfabe. That said, Pomu has a strong kayfabe and also fits in, so it comes down to Nina just not doing it properly.

She leeched off them pretty blatantly. Also had some sort of off-collab where she slept in the same house as them? Pretty easy way to kill the unicorns, which is a shame, because unicorns would have been a pretty good audience for her.
Despite it all, she's a decent entertainer solo but it's only herself that's holding her back.
