a.) what she actually has (CVID, which is in some ways aids-like in effect but is not actually aids).
b.) that although it can't be cured (at least right now, probably gene therapy will fix it eventually), with proper treatment, you literally can live a normal healthy long life with it. no bubble boy mode etc.
c.) she has had proper treatment and has for years
d.) modern treatments didn't exist and/or she couldn't afford them so initially years ago, actually-was quite ill from it and a lot of shit in her body got damaged from the disease.
e.) however, while existing, this damage has been put on pause indefinitely and whatever is permanent can't be fixed as it's not the disease, but secondary lasting effects.
If all the above shit was pinned in the corner of her streams, I wonder how much income she'd have. Probably a fair bit still because people just like her anyway but the "oh I'm so sick.. must be nice being able to do things, I wish I could do that" shit is fucking abject charlatan behavior and either she or vshojo management are a mega-asshole for exploiting peoples' genuine sympathy.
Even so, beyond being treated like a make-a-wish kid by the community she overall comes across as all too conveniently fake in other aspects. oh she has huge lung damage and needs oxygen but she's also an opera level singer. oh she literally doesn't hate anyone/anything at all and is pro unity for everything, and it's totally not the fact that she tries to leech off everyone and vshojo tries to orient itself so that everyone on twitch needs to come kiss their ring. etc.
