But her primary reason was just like when she got Jiru and wanted to wait until everything has settled in before saying anything. In particular when moving out nousagi were always very worried for her if she would manage or not. So now she can show that after a year of living alone her streaming frequency hasn't gone down and no catastrophic issues has happened either.
Now you can always say that a year is excessive and I'd agree but that is hardly something to be upset about. I definitely think she brought up the moving out talks in part to complain about her new home in a roundabout way and also to be smug towards the nousagi who were saying that "She'll never be able to live alone" while knowing herself that she is currently living alone.
Also she said she didn't really have a good place to say it and didn't seem to want to reveal it in a C-Part like normal.
