Since AO-chan is bounded to Ina and will drop dead if it wanders too far from Ina, it definitely means that Ina and AO-chan are linked in some way.
This also means that the tentacles, part of AO-chan, most probably have their sensations linked to Ina as well, letting her feel what the tentacle feels.
This is also proven by how she can control the tentacles with such fine motor skills that she's able to hold coffee mugs/operate her drawing tablet with them, which is pretty hard to do without feeling any feedback from the tentacles themselves.
In conclusion, Ina's tentacles should be sensitive enough that she can feel them when they're being used to pleasure multiple women at once.
