Idk how stupid this answer would be, or if this is even a serious thread. But what I found positive for me is exercising while I watch my daily vtuber stream. I feel like the healthier I look has a positive impact on the community as a whole, instead of people thinking about a bunch of spergs watching anime girls, its fucking chads getting fit while enjoying some quality content. It keeps pushing me to achieve my health goals, and exercise by itself is a very good activity to keep you not only healthier, but happier as well.

Exercise is a very personal thing. Didn't do much good for me. I quit after 3 years of lifting and felt better. Turns out it was adding more misery to my life than benefit.

Depends on where you are in life. if you're a turbo neet or other form of leech look up what staffing agencies are in your area, get registered for each of them, then call each of them every morning bright and early to ask if they have any work for you. this should get you a job relatively quick. with a job you can afford a one room apartment and food if you cook for yourself (I recommend an air fryer for cooking small roasts, easy and delicious). now you're independent.
The job will be hard, it will suck, but it's necessary to break you out of the person you don't want to be. You'd rather die than be where you are, who you are right now right anon? Does this not mean you would be willing to pay any price to better yourself? Grit your teeth and perservere, the only reason you want end to suffering is so you may enjoy yourself without guilt, yet there is no joy in death.

If you have trauma (yeah mild trauma counts) you need therapy. I honestly wouldn't recommend going to a therapist though. They're usually useless and sometimes worse than useless (enabling). What I do recommend is learning the techniques and performing them on yourself. There's actual methods for dealing with these things that work.

Self improvement is a miserable cycle. You keep working yourself to the bone and you're still never satisfied. The frustrations kick hard and you never really enjoy the victories. I was there for years. The way I got out of it was learning to be happy with myself and my position in the world. I have less social status and objective merit than ever before. I used to be suicidal and now I am happy.
I know this isn't a popular perspective but it's what I have experienced consistently over my life. Giving up saved me from suicide.
