>>38439882Mucho texto because why not
My knee jerked to call you retarded and say IT WAS ALWAYS LIKE THIS WITH THEIR ANNOUNCEMENTS
But no.
Reasons were given for Haachama/Coco fiasco, that being "exposing statistics" or whatever the fuck they gave as a breach of contract in order to not give a political stance on Taiwan, countless other mems have themselves given mental or physical health for reasons for hiatus, hell, Rushia's termination was explicitly listed with "exposing sensitive documents and information" or something similar as grounds for her being fired.
If Vesper simply needed time off to "cool down" and have time to reflect on his actions they could have just stated mental/physical health as an EASY scapegoat that covers basically all bases aside from it being suddenly onset, and that would have been that. Vesper could come back and say he suddenly got ill or someone in his family died that he can't talk about or whatever the fuck and be done with it.
Normally I'm all for honesty and transparency but the key thing is that both must go hand in hand in order for the effect to work. Cover trying to communicate with fans about [Negative] internal affairs while ALSO trying to save face never worked and will never work in any capacity.
>Cue random anon "All press is good press"This is bad press. This is nearly explicitly bad press. They presented to their community that a negative scenario went down with no attempt to hide it as neutral with the guise of health issues, placed ALL blame on the talent, and have went radio silent on the issue since, which naturally leads to widespread speculation.
Tempiss being Tempiss aside I kinda pity the other 3 guys having to damage control this situation. They obviously can't say much, and I'm honestly at a loss if they have actually downplayed that it was "upper management is dumb not big deal" *wink with a sorrow expression* or if actually no /MANS/ made that up and I'm hearing the rrat like a late stage player in a game of telephone. It's all bad.
>>38440242>They practically invited it for Vesper.I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this, but I think I understand and agree that it wasn't a good move when related to this.
>>38440363Anon, as I detailed in this wall of retarded text, the lie could have been easy to make, believable to uphold, cover all bases, and have very little fallout if any. See
>>38440567 for more reinforcement that you are stupid.
