If management wouldn't retweet on their hololive twitter accounts when they are on radio silent breaks than people wouldn't assume the worst. When Gura doesn't trust management why should anyone else? Cover is a business so they will sometimes fight with their employees but there is a major problem with management when the employees have a complete lack of trust.

Well 4th Fes is likely the big thing atm, detailing things like what they can promote or keep secret, making travel and meetup plans now that's there's no lockdown and the EN and ID crew can properly be there.
