She recently hit a small growth patch in October because she actually managed to stream for more then 20 hours the entire month and it revitalized her a bit, but that trick only works so many times before CCV just drops.
Pewdiepie has 111M subs, but only manages a 2.5% on actual views. Gura has a 12.6% viewers, but that's about 1/5 of the actual people that Pewds has even though his percentage is much lower. Likewise, Gura had 8.2M views in October, but 5.3M in Nov, and only 700k in Dec (granted this will grow as Dec is only 1/4 over, but if it stays on tract with the current numbers it'll peak at around 2.8M)
