She seems to embrace the same mentality as the JP girls. Among all the EN members she seems motivated and has aspirations of growing her own channel within Hololive. She actually regularly streams, usually for fairly long times if you count her reading superchats. She regularly delivers additional content like covers or original songs. She didn't like her original model but I don't get the sense that she dislikes management, her fans, or her coworkers like I do from the other EN members.
Also she has the best japanese in EN. If she got more support from management I think IRyS could be a much larger figure in EN since she can handle multi language collabs and events. She easily had a 3.5 hour collab with Flare today.
