>>38546683We're actually a pretty noticeable portion of the fanbase, there's a good 4000 active vtuber super fans on /vt/, not grey names but actual high paying members, the proof was revealed in the amount of overlap pipkin pippa revealed she had with kiara when it came to viewership
If pippa is getting 1000+ /vt/ viewers per stream, and her audience shares the 3rd most viewership with kiara, you can compare the two streams when they aren't streaming in the same time slot vs. when they are and the average amount of viewers spread between the two.
Then you can take how many threads are made up of pippa and kiara on /vt/ at any one time, and correlate to how many unique IP's there are in the threads and you can see the percentage of lurkers by seeing the difference between the shared viewership of the two vtubers.
From there, you can just do simple math, add up all the unique IP's in every thread on /vt/, then multiply it by the lurker factor found above.
It generally adds up to about 4-6k viewership from /vt/, which is confirmed by how many anons watched last holofes on pirate /vt/ restreams
Now, 4-6k people spread out over a niche amount of interests doesn't sound like a lot, but it's exactly why people like FLAVr's Sena BonBon overnight became a vtuber bigger than 99% of the indie vtubers as a joke
/vt/ can unironically make any girl they want successful
