Fubuki is a big fan of idol culture and enjoys it. Why do you think she's in so many live events just this year alone?
When she started collabing with Holostars, she was well aware of the stigma and understands any backlash that comes her way. She knows of the hate behind those collabs but continues because she's wanting to support everyone in HoloPro (plus Oga is her friend, and if we know anything from China is that Fubuki sticks with her friends). Her prime audience is fine with it too, it doesn't affect their opinion of her and she doesn't keep a distance with her fans either.
Fubuki is fine with gachikoi behavior and sometimes encourages it. Do you seriously not watch any of her ASMR streams? Even then she plays along with her fans and gives compliments and does shit like Lolibuki, only EOPs at this point seriously believe the 'friends' thing. Why do you think 'waifriend' is a thing now? Because she finds it funny, she's not being serious.
