Sana graduation.
AO-chan from her chat was always Sana. When Sana debuted, AO-chan disappeared. Then Sana took one break, 2nd break, 3rd break and people started shitting on Sana. Then Sana decided to graduate, because she unironically hated her audience (which she also expressed later on). By extent it made Ina hate her audience as well. She even stopped doing any good member streams, but to be honest she only made a few member streams in total and they were never that interesting to begin with.
Ina doesn't want to work as an artist in Hololive and she hates her audience just like Sana did.

As for hating her audience. That's a little more up in the air. I don't think the audience factors in that much. She hates the obligations Hololive has. She's no singer or dance and Hololive pushes that shit on all their talents. The fact that retard normie Takodachis recently found her private Twitter forcing her to delete it sure hasn't helped her case. After working for a Japanese company, she probably prefers the flexibility of her actual passion.

It is a rrat but after Sana's suspicious graduation I think Ina was so depressed that she was going to quit and it was only when things got that bad that Cover agreed to some type of compromise.

It doesn't matter that whether this change gets officially announced 3 months early or 6 months early but the negotiations on this have stalled. The matter probably got more heated since IRyS was allowed to announce her redesign almost half a year before it got released.

As someone who has done it before, drawing and streaming (talking) at the same time is really hard. Streaming and drawing has advantages, though. It forces you to work faster and more efficiently because people are watching. Granted, Ina was much better at doing this than I ever was, but if I were in her place and I had the option to draw without having to stream it, I'd choose that every time.
