There's the possibility that SOME people may actually like what they see and decide to stick around, leading to an increase for her.
In addition, she's trying to get hashtags going which will bring more eyes on the situation. While most of the people watching are just going to Ina's stream to wait, some are also checking out Kiara's stream as well. So that's also a net positive for her.
