I can’t say I’ve had the same experience. 2020 was the worst but it got me to completely disengage with the culture war, and it seems that life has only gotten more enjoyable since 2021 for me. I don’t see any of this race war happening outside of my house, and I don’t really use social media anywhere near as much as I did before 2020.
