Roa pretty much asked Meiro to change her way of speaking because the "-deyo" and everything else was "cultivated for years" by Roa for her character
The discord messages were then leaked sometime after
It then spiralled out of hand with not only with Meiro receiving a short suspension over the incident (not to mention there were apparently multiple times she said she wanted to quit until her graduation) but also having Narukami spreading rrats about the whole thing
Meiro ended up graduating and Roa is nowhere to be seen
