Unbiased answer: her content is very niche. She will play jrpgs for 5 hours straight but rarely be actually invested in the game, even talking over cutscenes to tell inane girl stories about her daily life you basically have to be in love with her to be interested in. Not to mention she's pretty fucking bad at games. She seems to use them as thinly veiled chatting streams with inbuilt filler in case of potential dead air, but that filters both the people who might be interested in the game as well as those who want chatting but don't know it's actually that. Then she follows up with 5 hours of SC reading of almost cultish nature that will intimidate less than die hard fans.

She might have a lot of hours but it's mostly just games; she's honestly not that creative and varied in her content. She's good at keeping the lonely incels she got early on but terrible at attracting new ones. No, the "I forgive you after two years of relentless slander because you're the last bastion for purity in EN" gang don't watch streams.

If anything, 2022 was the year of stagnation for HoloEN. People want EN gen 3 to break this stagnation and to perhaps encourage Myth and Council to put in some more effort again, but with everything so far, gen 3 would have to be even better than Myth on debut to break that cycle.
I'm not convinced this shit is going to get fixed any time soon, if at all.
