Why does nobody stream during EU primetime? It's such an untapped timeslot and everyone is letting it go to waste

EU primetime is literally 3AM-7AM JP time. I know that because one of my favourite english speaking japanese vtubers starts at 7AM her time sharp and is always dead in collabs during prime EU time.
