Cover has more average subs and views per Hololive than Niji does for its talents, more products, more live and online events, more interviews, a TV-station produced show launched a few days ago, it is exploding in Japan and overseas, so on the list goes...
Cover is also non-VC with low shares speculative investment (Early-Seed stage VC) while Nijis have already blown through Stage B... since Cover is already "winning" it hasn't been pushed into seeking further investment to try and take market share, but if it does, I would expect significant interest especially due to US market access
