Obviously this is "one way" process, because one person is forming a relationship and the other is a computer screen. But what I meant in my first comment was it can also be simultaneous.
There is no limiting factor for who can or cannot be "parasocial" between the viewer and creator. If you form a bond with the simulacra of a person, it is parsocial either way. Even if that "person" is an amaglamate viewer base.
Rushia is an example of someone who I think genuinely developed a dependency on her viewers, just as some of they had for her. Simultaneously.
