English streamers just want to make it big, then cost of the money that rolls in. It goes beyond just Vtubers, you can see it in any big English streamer. They put in the hours at first, then they fall into the "I'm going to cut my hours slightly to focus on better quality", followed by a small spike in output after that, but as soon as they start being really successful, the output and quality vanishes because their numbers are so big they can coast off of them. Instead of constant decent output worth of content they focus on "a few big projects" a month / year that are essentially the same stuff they always had done just with higher production values, that's it.
