JP streamers are just as bad - check almost any gen/wave from Holo or Niji and realize 1/4 to 1/2 of them drop dead for one reason or another at the 2 year mark. And Niji's only 1/4 because the bottom half of that company is part-timers who barely put any effort in (which is why you can't name any of them).

Salt being an issue relates to specific genes that cause heart issues. If you have those genes you should limit the amount of sodium in your diet, if you don't have those genes salt only matters as far as your hydration. Those genes don't show up in the native japanese population.
